Quick drink in the bar, food in the restaurant and Mark Thomas! Getting to be very keen on this place - always a good night, relaxed atmosphere, good productions and friendly staff
Next day booked for Richard III

Went to see production of Wild Children on Saturday afternoon. Fantastic production, brilliant story and acting amazing. Lovely atmosphere in the theatre with really good acoustics. Bar staff friendly. Didn't eat there but definitely will next time. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

I use HOME regularly for business meetings/working lunches & for entertainment as I live close by. Both the coffee & food is really very delicious (particularly the salads!) & I'd always rather support a charity than a chain.

But the attitude of the front desk & cafe staff absolutely sucks (apart from the one lovely older guy who's often managing the shop)! Come on guys, please get rid of the sass. You're often made to feel like you're a complete inconvenience when you order. I've been overcharged before now & huffed at when I've flagged it up. Those who clear the tables never have a smile to offer.

The front desk is surly & grumpy. I don't appreciate being growled at when collecting tickets, particularly when it's often very expensive (c. £9 for a cinema ticket).

I have continued to go back very regularly, as I so want it to do well - but this poor service attitude HAS to change!

The public spaces are pleasant, albeit the exhibition room is often poorly curated. The cinema is good, but expensive - even for standard films. One of the cinemas (4, I think) is too small so you find yourself too close to the screen. The theatre has some interesting productions passing through, but the seats are quite uncomfortable.

Please please HOME - invest more in the staff so they're friendlier; that way you won't lose regular visitors!

The cinemas are great but can be very full for popular films - many films not shown elsewhere. Interesting plays in theatre and good food as well
