As others have noted, the rooms are small and the facilities basic, with a motel-like atmosphere. The price is relatively low for Colmar (which is an expensive town), highway access is easy, as is parking. The location, about 15 minutes' walk from the attractive old town center, is acceptable. We had a nice, quiet room on the ground floor on the garden side. This small garden is one of the hotel's best points - we enjoyed a picnic lunch there, purchased at the nearby branch of what I consider to be France's best chain bakery - Paul. It's on Route de Selestat, about two blocks away when walking toward 'downtown'. Don't miss the Fougasse with bacon or olives!

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms on the garden side are quiet.

This hotel is convenient for getting around Colmar on foot, it does have it's own car park, but that is really all that it has going. The rooms are tiny, the heating is only on overnight, the walls are thin and the plumbing noisy. A room on the first floor may be quieter but probably no bigger. The toilet is separate, no washbasin, and the shower room tiny. For one or two nights it will probably be fine but if you need space for luggage - use your car! Wifi is free but so slow it is hardly worth using. That said the rooms are clean and access to the town and all the wonderful restaurants is easy and the town is a delight.

Room Tip: First floor may be quieter

This is a budget hotel so you get budget service and budget facilities. The hotel is within walking distance of Colmar and so easy access to restuarants and sights. Very close by is pizza parlour, burger joint, laundermat and supermarket and atm. There is ample parking on site.
The staff are friendly and can speak good english.
The rooms are small but sufficient. The house keeping was good. The bathroom is very small and a seperate toilet is also very small. The biggest complaint is the noise in the corridors.
Breakfast is basic and overpriced at 8euros.
There is free internet but everyday you have to get a new password, and at times does not work.

The saying, you get what you pay for, describes this hotel.
Basic room, basic service and basic breakfast.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk into the tourist area of Colmar and to decent restaurants. The rooms and bed are clean enough but the room has a musty smell without the window open. Bathroom is small to a point to make it awkward to shower and get dressed. Toilet is like a cupboard and only one powering tucked into the corner. The hallways echo and amplify any noise in the hotel and walls seem paper thin.
Don't waste your money on the meagre breakfast. Instead walk down road away from town to the boulangerie for coffee and croissants. It opens at 6.30 and they speak good English if French is not your strong point.

Situated at 15 minutes from the old city of walking, the hotel has free parking and offer a good value for money. The staff is ok, b ut the wi-fi you can't call it internet because is very slow. Even cheking your mail is a problem. Allthough it offer a good value for money and quality

We stayed here very recently. Accommodation is cramped and basic but this was reflected in the price we paid. Staff very helpful and spoke good English, so have given 3 stars rather than the 2 I might otherwise give. Located in a fairly drab part of town but only 15 mins walk from the centre of Colmar which is beautiful. Good for those on a budget or who just want to get their head down for the night.

Room was very small with shabby furniture, Shower room basic , toilet in a cupboard, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful but would only recommend this hotel as a one night stop over . Town of Colmar very nice quaint with historic buildings , worth a visit but suggest stay in town as hotel is quite a walk from restaurants and their is nothing open or interesting near it.

Room Tip: Visit Colmar but stay in the town.
