Beautiful location and top notch service by all staff. We stayed Dec 31 2013 - Jan 4th 2014 in a beautiful family suite with views out both sides of the room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff brought the next days weather forecast along with cookies each evening. We did not eat in the hotel but opted for the many great Strasbourg restaurants close by. I would stay here again in an instant with kids again or as a couple only get away.

We stay here quite often as my boyfriend visits here for his job. It is a destination in itself. Strasbourg is such a charming town especially in the winter when the town is filled with the Christmas markets and Vin Chaud. I love the rooms ...each one is different and equally beautiful.
They also just added a spa/Hamman....
Cannot wait to visit again!

My recent stay at the Hotel Regent Petite France was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful to speak English with me as I (unfortunately) do not speak French or German. The staff were all extremely friendly from the housekeeping staff, the valet, the front desk, the champagne bar servers, to the management. The room I had was a standard room with a king bed and a beautiful view of the river. The rooms were elegantly outfitted with the finest quality. I would certainly return to this property if I find myself in the Strasbourg region again in the future.

My wife and I stayed four nights at this hotel in Oct 2013. One the best hotels we have stayed at. Service, cleanliness and position 100%. Would recommend to anyone. The management of some other properties we have stayed at would do well to send some of their key staff here to see how a high performing hotel is run.

The hotel is in an ideal location for those who want to tour the city on foot and serval excellent restaurants are near by. The staff are quite friendly and helpful and most speak very good english. Our room was a small suite on the fourth floor which was very charming with the massive wooden beams of the building structure dominating the room. The fourth floor cannot be accessed by elevator - you have to do the last floor on foot, which might be a consideration for some patrons. The bathroom was spacious but in our case had no shower (just a large bath tub). Wifi was free. The morning breakfast buffet was simple but of very good quality - but you have to pay for it and at 23 euros each is not cheap. The lack of a gym is apparently being remedied. Overall a good experience and I would stay there again.
