I stayed here in June for one week. The lady who owns the building could not be nicer, and the arrival and meeting went just as it should. The apartment is very well furnished and very comfortable - until you try to sleep. The building is on a small pedestrian street very near the center; this is a student district, with many bars. In fact, the apartment is just above a large and busy bar. There was much noise, and it stopped only when the bar closed at 2 am - at which point the patrons left, singing and shouting up and down the street. Also, the apartment has outside lights that stay on all night and shine into the bedroom. I asked to be moved after two nights to another apartment on the back side of the buidling. This apartment was a studio - about half as large, and while it was quiter, the light situation was no better. If you sleep in a dark room, bring your sleeping mask. No adjustment in the price was mentioned at all. It's a great location for the city, but it's not so great if you want to get some sleep.
