Stayed here as 2 couples for the Bordeaux Wine Festival. Brilliant location, in an ancient building right in the centre of the pedestrianised centre of the lively, buzzy city. Down side of that is that it has no car park, but they have a deal going with the Grand Homme underground car park 8 mins walk away (and they can give your car access to the pedestrian bit to unload bags etc) Roooms aren't huge - but perfectly adequate, modern and impeccably clean and well-appointed (Nespresso machine in the room is a welcome novelty), Free WiFi, cheerful and very helpful multilingual staff. It's only rated as three stars - but I've stayed in many four star places nowhere near as good. (Possibly because it doesn't have its own restaurant - room service comes from the (really quite good) place next door. Hardly a disadvantage, given that there are probably more restaurants around than you could sample in a month's stay) Overall, a brilliant place to stay as a base to explore Bordeaux.

Room Tip: Higher floors get you away from the street level bustle, but sound insulation is good and I didn't hear a thing on the third floor, in spite of Bordeuax having one on the wildest street parties of the year.....

We stayed in Quality hotel last week for a weekend with our 3 years old son.
There are some possitive and negative feelings about the hotel

First pros:
-Location, location ,location :)
-There is a esspresso machine in the room which is nice to start a day
-Firendly staff, try to answers all your questions and make reservaions
-Good price from yeego (120 Euro for 2 days)

Cons:
-As it is middle of the main Street there is a awfull noise all night and morning (starts 6 .00)
-There is a weird smell in the room like wet carpet, even we opened the window all day, we couldnt get rid off it
- Small toilets : Shower and a toilet is seperate and toilet is like a box
-Tiny tiny bed for a 3 years old child , there is no way you let your kid to sleep in it, so he slept with us in our bed.
- Bad breakfast- Very poor breakfast with 2 kind of cheese and 1 kind of egg. First day we had tomatoes and second day when we asked, waitresses told us tomoatoes finished yesterday, maybe we can have tomorrow !!!

I can only say good things about this hotel! The place is gorgeous and you feel so relaxed and comfortable with beautiful interiors. The breakfast is also quite delicious and it feels very intimate as you eat in the breakfast room with a nice view of the street. Plus WIFi is free. Would definitely come back here and bring my family again!

I stayed at the hotel recently for one night on a business trip to the City. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the city. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. The Nespresso machine certainly helped the morning after a few glasses of the local wine! I stayed there on business but I think it would be perfect for a long weekend away for couples/friends as Bordeaux is a beautiful city and the hotel is an ideal base.

Just off the main shopping strip and very close to restaurants, the tourism centre and the river. Our room was exactly as depicted in the photos. Separate bathroom to the WC. Expresso machine so could also make a cup of tea. Breakfast was fine. Nice bar area to sit and have a drink near reception. The only negative was the aircon as it had turned very cold but there was no heating just cooling. As good as some of the four stars we stayed at. So very good value for money.

Dear guest,

We are pleased to see that you've enjoyed your stay in our hotel.

Concerning the aircon, we are embarrassed to see that the room was cold because you can increase the temperature on the dashboard situated in the room otherwise you can ask for assistance to the reception.

We hope to see you again soon !
