We were attracted to Le Plana as it appeared to have more diners than any other restaurant on the Place de la Victoire. Having eaten there, we now understand why. The service was friendly in spite of our basic French. The waiter recommended a nice bottle of rosé.
The menu offered an excellent variety of dishes ranging from salads to meat and seafood. Starter with main course and wine was about 40 euros per person. Presentation of the food was excellent. It felt like good wholesome food without being too fussy. I particularly enjoyed the scallops à la provencale.
I would recommend Le Plana if you enjoy French cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
