Staff at reception were very helpful on check-in. Take the 'Appart' in 'Appart-hotel' with a pinch of salt. The kitchen facilities consisted of a random assembly of semi-useful items. For example, no bowls were provided, but we were treated to three different kinds of spoon.. Our room was large and clean. Our only real complain would be about the cleaners, who didn't seem to understand the 'privacy' sign on our door, and wouldn't take no for an answer. It's a bit far from the city centre, and not in a particularly nice direction, but the tram stop is close.
