This house was nearly perfect for our stay in the city of Bordeaux. Patrick was friendly, responsive and very helpful to our every need. The location was perfect for exploring the local historic area, and close to restaurants, grocery stores and almost everything else you might need.
Many things can miss expectations with a holiday rental, so good communication with the owner is essential. Patrick was fantastic in this respect - swift and clear, both before and during the rental. He checked in by phone to see if we were ok even when we did not ask. The house is big and well equipped, so we had everything that we needed. However, the house does need some repair. It had suffered some water damage recently (leaky roof) and bore the traces in the form of discoloration on the ceiling and compromised electrical circuitry, hence the one-point deduction.
Patrick was very flexible and very nice.
The place is much nicer than we imagined with the picture.
We had a wonderful time.
There were two couples and one single in our group and we all fell in love with Patrick's beautiful home in central Bordeaux. The photos don't do this apartment justice. It's spacious, comfortable, clean with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely patio that we spent many hours enjoying. The home is safe and secure and is within easy walking distance of markets, bakeries and restaurants. Patrick is a pleasure to meet and work with. He's very responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back the next time we're in Bordeaux.

We had the opportunity to stay at Patrick's lovely downtown apartment in Bordeaux in early April. He was very responsive and hospitable during our stay. The apartment was within walking distance to a nice bakery, restaurants, downtown and the waterfront. The apartment had a nice patio that is nice in the morning. We had everything that we needed including laundry since some of us ran a marathon the day prior. There was however some construction in front of the house for new tram, that didn't bother me. It might be difficult for some. I had a great stay overall and the only regret that I had was that I didn't stay longer.
6 adults who love to cook had a great time. Easy to walk everywhere and loved the large kitchen. Patrick, the owner is very accommodating.
Had a great time.
This was the ideal place for our family of six during our trip to Bordeaux in March 2015. It is a clean, modern home with tons of charm. It looks even better in person than in the pictures!
Also Patrick went above and beyond in every way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. He was wonderful to work with and a wonderful host!
