I think this large public garden is missed by many tourists and that is really too bad. The area is beautifully planted, has ancient trees, and provides lots of walkways for people to stroll. It is bordered by old townhomes on most sides but there are easy access entrances on both its north and south side. It is a great place to stroll or to sit in the shade for a while. Note: its hours appear to be limited to daylight hours.

Well kept gardens and play areas for kids. Nice museum to visit and folly. In the middle of the city - a place of calm and beauty

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The park is beautiful and peaceful. It's a great place to relax and have a picnic. You should bring your own food because the cafe is very expensive. Don't miss this park!

Centrally located in the city, this public garden has become one of our favourite places to chill, even if just for a short stroll. The l'Orangrie restaurant is a fun place to people watch. The small lake area is full of a large variety of water fowl. The small merry go round is colourful and again a nice way to watch the kids enjoy themselves. In addition a few times a week there is a small play put on for children. The Botanical Garden is a great place to stroll and enjoy the variety of plants.
