“Lovely place”

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a very quiet place. The modern design. Free space for parking cars there is always an underground car park 50 meters from the hotel entrance. A good restaurant is directly opposite on the other side of the street.
Ideal for a couple with no children.

Room Tip: Better to take a room with windows to the courtyard

hip, stylish rooms, decent breakfast (at 14 additional Euro maybe a bit overpriced since it is not a cooked breakfast), engaging and helpful staff. Well located, a short walk to center of town, 5 minutes to the beach. On a side street that gets a surprising amount of traffic, so be sure to ask for a room that is not on the street if you are a light sleeper. Also, no place to park at the hotel; the hotel has an arrangement with a local carpark...make sure to inquire at the time you make a reservation so that you get access to the hotel's deal with the carpark

Room Tip: see general comment about getting a room that does not face the street if a quiet room is a must

This hotel was superb on every account. It it obviously recently renovated, to a high degree, with the decor 'snazzy' throughout, creating a lovely environment. This was especially the case in the room, which was beautifully decorated and large and quiet and bright with a skylight and balcony window. The king-sized bed was arguably the comfiest my girlfriend and I have ever stayed in. Huge soft pillows! As other reviews have noted, the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and beach, up a quiet, quaint little street. But most importantly - and the reason I have bothered to write this gushing review - the staff could not have been friendlier. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering recommendations on places to eat, and on the day we checked out allowed us to sit in the lounge of the hotel while the rain cleared then leave our bags there to collect later. Overall, a pleasure. Would love to stay there again. I would definitely recommend over one of the other larger, more expensive hotels in Biarritz.

I stayed at 7 b for business reasons. The hotel alone is worth a visit. It is perfect for both: business and leisure travel. Equiped with contemporary design, in a quiet street 2 minutes away from the city centre and the beaches. Ask the wounderful Directrice Clarisse if you are looking for a typical bar or restaurant - she will have some perfect recommendations for you. I envy anyone who has the opportunity to spend some days in this extraordinary hotel.

The staff of the hotel were exceptional in their friendly attitude. Nothing was too difficult for them, and they were always available to give friendly information.
The location is ideal for access to the shops, restaurants and the sea front; all within easy walking distance

When we arrived in Biarritz for a two night stay it was raining cats and dogs to use an old expression. The wind was howling, and it was impossible to walk around town with an umbrella. Fortunately the 7b was two minutes from the center of town, so we managed to find a place close buy to grab a snack for lunch. The hotel serves breakfast, but otherwise you are on your own which suited us fine. We opted to walk down the street (one block) to a patisserie for breakfast the next morning. The coffee and croissants were good. This not a bad little hotel to get stuck in because of a storm.. The tube had lots of channels, the rooms were bright, and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was advertised an "Italian shower." Presumably this means that it had lots of controls, a big overhead shower head and no door. It took a little while to get used to, and it was difficult to avoid splashing water over the floor of the bathroom.
I found the design of the hotel to my liking. Clean design, very modern, small, and lots of white. While we were there the hotel was very quiet at night. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and I don't think it was full the two nights were were there.
I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights stay in Biarritz.

I normally don't write reviews. However, Clarisse at reception was wonderful -- helpful and friendly, giving very usefull info about where to eat, where to go out. And a cheery hello when I returned.

The Hotel itself is terrific. It's located right in the middle of town, on a quiet little street, just a few minutes from the beach by foot. It's ultra-modern, inviting and charming. The rooms are modern looking and very comfortable. Nice zen deck / garden off the lobby for relaxing or planning your day. Staff speak English. Hotel entry is by key card.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
