I went to la Casa de Juan Pedro this summer with 4 other friends. We were the first to queue (it's always busy in August), but we understood rapidly that group of fewer than 4 people were to be given the priority because they needed only 1 table whereas we needed 2. We were told to wait a bit more but after 30 minutes we asked politely the waiter for more details about his plan, because the probability of two adjacent tables been freed at the same time was pretty low as smaller groups were going first. As the answer was quite vague, we suggested to take one table for our group of 5 persons. Then the waiter complained to his manager/cook who asked us in French (as we were all French): "What's your problem?". As a client I had never been said that, and telling the manager that it was not a way to treat clients his answer was to "go to another restaurant! We don't need you here!". So, honestly the food is great, the atmosphere awesome, but given that I work in London with an international background of people, I know that this French mentality ignoring everything about client service can rapidly drive some people out of their mind! In that case I wouldn't recommend La Casa de Juan Pedro
