We booked this based on the professional pictures provided by the hotel, which looked good. The directions provided by them to get there from the airport were wrong, they were out of date as the road system had change and we arrived at around 8.30pm. The reception was closed when we got there so we were left instructions on how to access the apartment, but these are in French and I don't speak that language, so we had to wait for someone to leave so we could get in.
We had a 1 bed apartment. The second bed was a sofa bed, however, the bedding supplied was for a single bed and when it was made up as a bed, it split down the middle. Both beds were rock hard and the mattress smelt of perspiration . When the sofa bed was made up, you had to push the table up against the kitchen units - I'm just glad we didn't have to exit the room in an emergency!
The shower sprayed water everywhere, you had to hold the shower head in your hand to use it. There were no base units in the kitchen and the crockery was kept in the TV cabinet!
We left the next day. We complained but they were not interested and seemed to think all of these things were OK to put up with, they refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong nor would they refund our remaining days. The other amazing thing is, one of the things we complained was that all of the information was in French and we couldn't understand it, and yet they sent the response to my complaint to me in French!!!
We did not try the facilities as we didnt stay long enough
