“Great Find in Dinan”
Reviewed 23 May 2014

This is a small restaurant surrounded by much larger 'tacky' tourist traps and had a good look to it so we tried it out. We were not disappointed. The food was very well presented and very tasty and reasonably modestly priced.Wine prices were average and the service was excellent with an English speaking server.Well worth a visit

“Blown away by the starter”
Reviewed 28 April 2014

Ate there few days ago with my wife.
Small, cosy, friendly restaurant.
Had a prawn laska as my starter, the flavours were fantastic and beautifully balanced!!
The rest of the meal did not disappoint either.
Very friendly service and had a lovely chat with the proprietor/chef.
Would thoroughly recommend it.

“great lunch”
Reviewed 14 March 2014

Had lunch here Wednesday. A very good meal. The starter of goats cheese and roasted peppers was tasty but very rich. However the salad it was served with complemented it well. The main, which was the "dish of the day" was lovely. Tender pork cooked in herbs and served on a bed of lentils cooked with apples in cider with a scoop of mash. A nice touch was the spoon on the side with grainy mustard. Lots of bread brought out. The food was served very nicely and plenty of it. My daughter had a pudding which was a caramel and chocolate creation which she loved. Service was very warm and friendly. despite looking at the menu a few times this was the first time I have been there but will not be the last

If you want a meal which has been freshly cooked using only local ingredients try this fantastic restaurant. It is owned by a couple of foodies who are keen on providing splendid food at affordable prices. The lunch menu is tremendous value with interesting choices including curries. It was obvious on the day we visited these were popular with the locals. If in Dinan do not pass this restaurant by, great food, personal service and lively ambience

“Very good.”
Reviewed 24 November 2013 via mobile

A very warm welcome and lovely food. Excellent attention to detail. English spoken but the food was the very best of French cuisine. Would recommend this to any visitor either for lunch or dinner.
The food was flavoursome and the restaurant was warm in temperature and in ambience.
