We deliberated over whether to stay in the centre or a little bit further out. We went for slightly further out (15 mins walk) and were not dissapointed.

Rooms are spacious and bright. They have big windows and modern furnishings. Everything is very clean. The ensuite was very smart. We didnt have the breakfast as it was a bit pricey (€10) and there is a boulangerie on the way into town and a big Carrefour nearby.

Overall we were happy with our choice here for 2 nights...

We had initially planned to stay in the old town of Dinan but our first choices were already booked up. Our online booking site suggested Le Connectable, It appeared to offer excellent value and good access to the motorways so we booked it.

We are very pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is in a recently converted military college and nicely landscaped residential area. The lobby and common areas were brightly coloured and modern. The hotel has new owners that took over two months ago and are in the process of making further enhancements to the property.

The rooms and bathrooms are large and modern with a comfortable queen sized bed. Free internet is provided. Rooms are not air-conditioned but opening the window on the second floor provided good ventilation.

Underground parking is included and a remote is provided as well as a key for access. One quirk is that the reception desk closes at approximately 7 pm and the hotel is locked. There is a proximity fob attached to the room key that provided access to the main entrance, see picture.

Breakfast was included in the room rate and was tasty, varied and filling. There was a high tech coffee machine that ground the beans and dispensed a variety of wonderful espresso, cappuccino, and coffee au lait !

The old town was 1.1 km directly on the road in front of the hotel and there was a large public parking garage there at reasonable cost.

I would recommend this hotel to travelers that are looking for a fantastic value in a modern hotel with excellent access to the freeway system and also to the historic core of Dinan.

We stayed here for one night during our trip through Brittany. There was nothing wrong with the hotel but it just felt a little experimental. Underground parking was available if you didn't want to park on the street, for which they gave me a remote to open the garage door. (!) The garage was a little set back from the hotel building. The building itself doesn't look like a hotel or feel like a hotel, and doesn't have a normal hotel entrance. The rooms have giant numbers on the doors and when you come out of the elevator the hall lights take a minute to turn on since they're motion detected. Again, not bad, just different. The room was fine but felt more like a dorm room with the choice of table and closet. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink, and the shower room which was adjacent to the bed, had a big glass window in it, so if you turned the light on at night, the whole room would be lit up. Odd. Breakfast was included and was satisfactory. All in all, the stay was fine but we'd probably look for something else next time around, although the price was a lot better than others in the old part of town. Just an odd experience.

A very fine hotel (if you can do without a restaurant) which offers you hotel services and appartment value. Near the city center and with parking space. And anyway: there are enough fine restaurants in and around the town of Dinan.

Stayed at the hotel for a night in January. As it was still in the first week, the area around the hotel was really quiet, with a lot of shops closed due to the holiday period.

Rooms were really nice and spacious. There is ample street parking and parking in an open car park near the bank. They share this with another hotel right beside it. I believe they have an underground parking but this was closed due to the low season.

There is a restaurant right next door, see,ed to have won a few awards. I didn't try this though but it looked pretty promising.

I Had gotten a good deal on the rooms via a third party website. Not too sure if it would be good value for money if I had to pay more for it.
