If you walk accross the Thabor, and go rue de Paris (or park your car at parking Kleber), you will find this unique place, with a new menu every day (15 euros). The chef is a passionate guy who has opened this restaurant to show how French cuisine can enhance fresh products.
The address was given us by a friend, who lives in Rennes.
He advised us a very nice wine, and the dessert was as great as the other meals, ie not too sweet, as it is often the case in restaurants.
You can have also brunches on Sundays.
