We hadn’t booked but they found us a spot on a huge refectory table, which seated about 12 people, in the centre of the restaurant. What a find ! Great atmosphere and food. We didn’t mind sharing the table, in fact in added to the atmosphere. We ended up sitting next to a couple of Americans, with a couple of Norweigans a bit further up the table. We started with a Terrine de Campagne and a Pizzaladiere with Legumes and Herbs. We both had the superb Agneua Fermier, a gigot of local lamb. A couple of glasses if the local Burgundy each. Marvellous !
