Lovely hotel. Clean, large, well-laid out room. Lovely extra touch with soap, shampoo, sewing kit, emery board, shoe polisher, etc etc. Excellent breakfast (11Euros) with real freshly squeezed orange juice, hot coffee selection of bread, criossant etc. Nice bar.
But more important, lovely friendly and efficient staff especially the proprietor, Herve.

Room tip: Let them know if you have any difficulty with stairs!!!

Perfect location just outside the city wall of Beaune and with easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and sights in Beaune. If you're travelling through Bourgougne you will most likely arrive by car. Thus, free parking in the back yard with lots of space is a real bonus! Rooms comfortable with AC and wifi (both working!). If you aim for a drink (no mini bar in the room) it's in the small bar att the reception. Simple and good breakfast and you can order ham and eggs to your liking. Kind and thoughtful staff. Highly recommended!

Room tip: The rooms in the annex (in the yard) are modern and with quite some space.

Unexpected arrival in Beaune and lucky to get a double room . very nice hotel and attentive. clean room in a french atmosphere with a open fire place and a good flatscreen.
room 100.Euro. parking 5.50 Euro and day tax .breakfast 11.= Euro p/p.
driving by car in-and out difficult in a busy road.courtyard after a small tunnel a large parkingplace and gardened at night. They booked us only for one night,we wanted to stay longer, but they were fully booked,so reservation is an option.
they also have rooms with a small terrace,so we will come back once again.

Room tip: vieuw on the courtyard.

Large comfortable bedroom with a large bed and spacious bathroom. Friendly helpful manager who recommended several restaurants for us to have an evening meal. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Well located and just a few minutes walk from the centre with the Hotel Dieu which is fascinating. We would stay again.

Room tip: Number 37 was good

Parking, close to the historic town centre, super breakfast but the hotel doesn't serve evening meals - zero problem as there are dozens of restaurants nearby; even open on a Sunday evenings to cater for the many tourist (I mention this as many restaurants in towns and villages in France close after Sunday lunch has been served).

Most worthy of mention is the owner, who bought this hotel in 1993 - he is a charming multi-lingual person, full of advice and information. Without doubt we will use this hotel again as a convenient and interesting mid-point location when travelling between the UK and the South of France.
