We were recommended to this hotel by a Swan Hellenic tour guide last year whilst visiting Beaune. It is simply wonderful. It is very close to the centre of Beaune and has pretty courtyards and secure garage parking. Although expensive, it is worth it as the service is impeccable. We asked for a tray of cups/electric jug and fresh milk and also an iron/ironing board and they came immediately. Our room was large with two leather armchairs, a large bed and wardrobe. The bathroom had a very good shower (over the bath) and separate loo. Air conditioning. Good pillows! You can also have fresh air as opening windows!! Only quibble is the restaurant's quite fancy food and you never seem to get vegetables in France! The bistro is only open at lunch time sadly and wines are not served by the glass in the restaurant. As I am on a chemo drug, I can only drink one glass of wine and that is a problem.
