It is close to all the main sights in Beaune. It is quite comfortable and clean. Free WiFi. We paid extra to get a Junior Suite. We thought this would be good in a 4 star hotel. Here are a few surprises. No bar fridge in the room. A separate toilet but no basin in the toilet room to wash your hands. No soap or shampoo just big refillable bottles. Breakfast was terrible. There was a bus tour at the hotel [ a good reason to avoid this type of hotel] and only one person to manage the breakfast room. No plates for cereal [we were told they were all being used] bread for cutting had no serviette to hold it with [very unhygienic],t hey had run out of scrambled eggs and we gave up waiting after 20 minutes.
Over all this hotel is tired. Needs some energy and management leadership..
