The reception staff were great. Very helpful. We arrived late and it was no problem. Our room was comfortable, clean and quite large. We got parking on the street which was convenient. Walking distance to all of the sights in the old city. It was value for money.

Hotel was perfectly placed for a city break with plenty of attractions and restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking could be tricky, especially if arriving at peak times. If no spaces outside the hotel then it's a public car park which is probably a bit of a stretch to carry heavy luggage. Good service, pleasant staff and great breakfast.

We got this hotel very cheap online so we can't complain but ....

The room was kind of sad and felt old. Poorly furnished. No A/C. But good location and it had a private bath. It was within walking distance to a laundry.

The hotel is charming and set very close to the town centre and restaurant area. The room was a generous size and really comfortable. The lady who attended us on arrival was really friendly and extremely helpful. There is a good space to store bicycles.
Everything was really clean.
A couple of small issues have prevented a 5 rating, namely no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the showerhead had seen better days. We paid €7.50 extra per head for breakfast which was a little lacking in fresh produce.
As it was a really warm night we had to sleep with the windows open. The street was really noisy till about 2.00 am.
If we were to stay again we would ask for a room away from the street which is a shame as the views are quite lovely.

The tourist office suggested Le Jacquemart, as it was in our price range and where we wanted to be located for our 4 night stay.
Located in a very old street surrounded by lovely half timber buildings, the hotel is very quiet as very little car traffic passes by because much of the road is a pedestrian mall.
Our room on the ground floor behind a little courtyard and was very big with an equally large clean bathroom (by European standards).
The tiny TV and broken plastic shower head holder are the only two faults we could find.
Wi-fi is very strong and fast.
We have stayed in other hotels in Dijon over the years and this place has been the best, despite it raining for our entire stay.
