Easy to find with GPS, otherwise hard, Ample parking nice grounds, met by very pleasant manager who demonstrated the auto checking in procedure. We had a none smoking room which was very clean and pleasant outlook onto the gardens. Double glazing prevent any traffic noise. Restaurant and Grill opposite the hotel and quick food places a few more minutes walk away. The hotel has a gazebo outside the front door to sit and enjoy your sundowners. We choose to have the breakfast included well worth it sets you up with a good choice for the days drive ahead from this centrally located city of Tours.

Room Tip: If room choice by the auto check in machine is not to your liking see the Manager.

Stayed there with my wife during our road trip through Loire castles. We both enjoyed it so much. First of all, great thanks to the manager at the reception! Nice and clever guy. He helped us a lot in exploring Tours. Rooms are ok, clear and cozy. Destination is good to get to the city center or main castles by car easy way.

We are a budget conscious middle aged couple who like to go somewhere new.

We weren't expecting too much for the price but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and hospitality of the Hotel. The place is not staffed 24 hours, so you may need to check in/collect your key at a machine outside using your credit/debit card. We did not bother with the French Breakfast, however, it looked like there was a good choice of cereals, etc.
There is also a small sauna available.

We both like leisure cycling and it would have been really nice if the hotel had cycles for hire, as they do have a cycle shed for visitors. The area is ideal for leisure cyclists.

The new Tours tram service opened just before we arrived and we found it great. It is about £1.20 to town or you can buy a 1 hour, or day ticket. You buy the tickets at the tramstops before you board and the machines have an English menu. They run very frequently from about 6 a.m to 12:30 p.m, so theres no need to pay a premium to stay in the City Centre.

There are lots of eateries nearby and a large Shopping Centre. Be advised though, hardly anything opens on Sunday(Except McDonalds), so stock up on any essentials.

We went to Chemonceaux Chateau one of the days. We simply jumped the tram to the City Station and the train stopped right outside the main entrance. The little village on the other side of the tracks is pretty and much cheaper for food and drink than the chateaux. Daft as it may sound, we ended up not going into the Chateaux as we enjoyed the little village so much.

The hotel is a flat 20 minute walk from the airport meaning even more savings if you travel light.
Flights run from Manchester during spring/autumn and take about an hour.
It is an ideal stopover point if you are travelling south and is close to the Motorway

We can't wait to go again...

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are not overlooked, however, it is a pretty quiet area anyway and the main car...

My Brother and I stayed here for our Moto GP Le Mans weekend in May of this year. Some may think it is too far away from the track but it is a great place to be based for a nice ride to and from the track. None of the hustle and bustle of the camp sites and noisey local bikers revving their bikes to destruction!!
Wally who was the reception manager was great and very helpful because my clutch cable snapped and he helped to speak to the local garage due to the language barrier.

Room Tip: This is a very quiet area so no problems with traffic noise. We had a top floor room and the hotel i...

Dont be put off by the appearence of this hotel, it looks a bit shabby from the outside but is very clean and the receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English. The room had a double bed and two bunk beds, a bit cluttered for two people but fine for one nioght. There were no English channels o the TV. You cannot get access to your rooms until 1500. We went to a restaurant in the evening on the industrial estate and they gave us 20 percent off as we had stayed at the hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel is situated on an industrial estate about 15 minutes from Tours town centre, there are a few restaurants on the estate and parking was free in front of the hotel.Breakfast was good value and continental.

Room Tip: Dwonstairs rooms were quiet but you could hear the people move around in the room above so for compl...

Stopped for one night. The building has a pre-fabricated feel, and is in a commercial/shopping centre district, but is close to the airport and excellent value at 43 euros for a single (or double) room with en suite facilities. Room very clean and perfectly adequate. Reception staff friendly. Quiet overnight.

Slept here two nights and decided to move to other hotel. Quick Palace is good to stay in for a night. DISADVANTAGES: The room was a smoking room, so there was a smell. The hallway smelled too. The water pressure was low, if you would like to wash your hair water pressure is too low, to take a quick shower it is fine. The bed was too short for people over 1.80m (feet sticking out of bed). Bathroom and toilet combined in one room, so everything is wet after shower. Unable to lock the door from the inside of the room. Noisy, you could hear the cleaning crew in the other room. ADVANTAGES: easy to reach. Cheap price. Free parking. 24/7 acces. Shops/ supermarkets/ restaurants in the surrounding area. Able to open the window. Room is dark enough to sleep in. Nice but hard bed. Free and good wifi connection. Very friendly, partly speaking English, staff.

Room Tip: Ask for non smoking room, there are non smoking rooms available in the hotel!
