We stayed for 2 nights in the Carmel suite. The room was beautiful & modern. Breakfast was excellent & more than enough food, although some light music in the room would've been nice. Overall excellent stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Having experienced many hotels across France we know it's rare to find a 4* or 5* hotel in France which actually fully meets the standards we expect and desire ... Suites Beranger did not disappoint us in any way during our two-night stay.

We were greeted wonderfully by Monsieur Guitton and shown to our suite (Havane)which was a delight (very spacious, airy, light, contemporary, immaculately presented ... and the range of Hermes toiletries were a delight). Clearly a great sum has been spent on the excellent interior design/decor/art throughout the hotel and it was interesting to see the bedroom designer's individual sketches outside each bedroom. The continental breakfast was superb and Michelle Guitton was an excellent hostess ~ friendly and very helpful.

Praise has to be given to Monsieur & Mme Guitton who have created an exceptional hotel specifically for guests who are seeking quiet & calm, decadence and a high level of exclusivity, to whom I'm sure that, like us, it will appeal greatly.

Room Tip: All rooms are wonderful, spacious and with exquisite decor

We spent 3 nights in Suites Beranger and really loved it! It was one of the highlights of our 7 weeks in Europe. We had the first night in Earl Grey and then 2 nights in Moka - both rooms were beautiful! The rooms and the whole house are tastefully furnished with beautiful artwork throughout. The small garden is also lovely. This is a quality establishment.
Breakfast was really lovely with quality ingredients and attentive service. Michelle, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. She recommended restaurants and tour companies for us to tour the Loire Valley with and made all the booking for us. This was a much more personalised service then you get with hotels and Michelle and her staff were were excellent.
The location is very central and Tours is an easy city to walk - we had no trouble walking with our wheeled luggage to and from the train station.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Earl Grey was magnificent and Moka was also very good.

Convenient location with some 700m to the core city centre with restaurants and pubs. Nice, modern and spacious interiors, Big bed. Reasonable breakfast. A little pricey. "The bad" is the acoustic isolation of the walls. You can hear the shower (and not only the shower) from the neighbouring room, so the quality of sleep largely depends on your neighbour morning habits.

Room Tip: Perhaps there are rooms better insulated from noise than the "Moka" room.

We have been fortunate to have discovered this marvellous place and had an excellent 7 nights there recently.
Right from the moment we arrived, we received warm hospitality from the excellent hosts and were made to feel very welcome.
We stayed in the separate Siam Suite at the back and were extremely impressed with the decor and the quality that was evident throughout.
Michelle was extremely helpful and her restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on.
We hated to leave as we knew that the accommodation and hospitality displayed here would not be equalled this trip.
Car parking on site was great inside the walled courtyard.

We have just spent 3 nights, staying in the Havane Suite. It was beautifully decorated and very large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room very clean and well maintained. Could not fault it. Michelle was a fantastic host. She helped in all aspects of our holiday, booking and recommending day tours (which were fantastic ), booking a taxi to the train station, recommending areas of the town to eat and a bit of history thrown in. The breakfast offered had more than enough food, thought did have the eggs once . We ate outside on the terrace as the weather was warm. The location is very good, on the main avenue, and only a 10 minute walk to restaurants, the river and centre of town. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for a 2 day/3 night stay in July 2013 and it was all in all a wonderful stay and worth every penny. Michelle was one of the most helpful hosts I have encountered, even giving us directions to the correct zoo as we almost visited a children's one by mistake! The room was gleaming at all times and breakfast was really good. We didn't order the extra eggs etc as for us as the continental offer of breads, croissants, cereals, fruit and yoghurt was more than enough, but we did not consider the cost of ordering extras to be a problem, having just spent 15euro pp for breakfast in Paris in a hotel of lesser standards.

Even though we were having to leave early on the Saturday morning, Michelle was in attendance to ensure our stay was a good one. I for one cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
