Great restaurant, great food, friendly qualified staff. From the first amuse to the coffee, everything good, very good. This restaurant knows how to Cook, to serve and to make you enjoy. The sommelier knows his job. He recommended us three different champagne ' s to accord with our extended menu, and it was revealling, the only minus point was that the chef didn't come say hello, something you could expect in a qualified restaurant.
We took some scallops, cooked with aquitaine caviar, wich was delicious, some very tastefull Turbot, and after that we had limousin veal, with a very tasty sidedish madd of orange seste. Every plate was even better than the one before. I Will surely go back.
