We went as a family of 4 to visit this immaculate establishment, both a working vineyard and a piece of living history. The press dates back to 1931. One of the proprietors gave us an hour of his time explaining the mechanics of the process, leaving us not only better informed but hopefully a little wiser. The wine itself is simply tremendous and well worth the short drive out of Epernay. A knowledge of French is recommended in order to derive maximum benefit. Highly recommended!
