“Local restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2014 via mobile

This is a small local restaurant. They serve good food and wine.
The menu is on a black board, no paper menu, which creates a relaxed feeling.
The personnel was friendly and tried to explain the dishes on English as good as possible.
I do recommend this place if you like a relaxed restaurant that looks as it's made for the locals.

“Great food and friendly service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 June 2014

The food was great and the waitresses were so helpful talking us through the menu when our French wasn't quite good enough! They made us feel very welcome.
It is fairly expensive but worth it for the quality of the food and service.

“great local restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2014 via mobile

This is a small restuarant frequented on the night by locals, which is always a good sign. Food was local and very good. Best thing about the place was the waiter chose our dessert 3 coupes of local ice cream, violet, noisette and blood orange, amazing! A digestive of mirabelle with great coffee to finish. Well worth a available visit.

“Delicious, though nothing earthshatteringly new”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 August 2012

Went solo during a business trip to Reims and just happened across the place. Delicious foie gras poêlée and very tasty ris de veau, although both were more expensive than I'd expect -- €24 for the ris felt about €5/6 too much. Decent selection of wine, though the by-the-glass options could be more exciting. Overall, a charmingly French place that I would be happy to return to on a future trip.
