This small restaurant tucked away in the alleyways of Ajaccio is a real gem. There is a daily menu option of 2 or 3 courses which uses local produce in an original fashion blending all the tastes of Corsica with traditional french cuisine. We have been coming here for the last few years and it has never disappointed. Reservations are a must and check openings because they close for a few weeks in August. It is a cut above everything else we have tried in Corsica - go and try it out.
