Positives: good breakfast, modern, clean
Negatives: useless Wi-Fi, you need a car to stay here (40 minutes on bus to town), noisy

Spent three nights at this hotel (and residence). Neighbouring rooms occupied by Asian guests that insisted on smoking in their room, stinking out the corridor and talking until late hours. Reception staff had their door open and could not have been oblivious to this but took no action! On the final night a family with two kids, one of which was permitted by its parents to scream and shout until around 11:30pm. Had the worst night's sleep during my five week stay in France at this hotel.

If you enjoy the sort of atmosphere I've described then this is the place for you otherwise, I don't recommend it.

Room Tip: We had room 305 which is on Reception level. All the difficult guests we encountered were situated here. Also, if you value your sleep, try and not get a room overlooking the 'great steps' where the sound can echo.

The hotel is very new. You can see and feel it. Still ALL equipments are very basic and cheapest possible. Clean but you do not feel too welcome. It is not a real hotel, it is a residence for long term staying. If you are in transit and you only need to sleep, could be a choice. The htel is very far from city center ! DO NOT pay the breakfast. Go have breakfast somewhere else ! I was with my family (wife and 2 kids). Very poor breakfast with very few items (only 4 slices of ham) and 3 cheese types, 3 slices each. One of the cheese types (all slices in plastic-3-4) were already expired (my son saw that). Nobody was looking at it. I informed reception but i had to go several times to them to ask to refresh breakfast with some cheese or ham or eve coffee. They keep the breakfast poor in term of choice but also quantity. For 24 EUR for 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 4), it does not worth.

Bonjour,

Located almost near the top of a little hill. Not easy to find because there's a residential complex with similar name nearer the bottom of the hillock. You need to drive past the tram track and go further up. You can watch the traffic on the main road below without hearing too much noise. Friendly receptionists on every shift. Reception is limited to certain hours and are closed at night so remember to inform your checkin time and take your access code with you if you plan on coming back late. Free carpark.
Our corner unit apartment on the 4th floor had a well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven hobs, microwave and cutlery. No kettle, no chopping board and no in-room safe. Room door auto locks when shut so make sure you bring your key.
TV nearly all French but unstable signals. Free, unstable.wifi.

Room Tip: I guess upper floor is better for safety reasons as carpark is right outside rooms on the ground floor

I usually come to this hotel for my business trips in Besançon.
Price is really fair : 50-55 euros for a room.
Rooms are clean.
Each room has a fridge, TV, Free Wifi, Hob, private WC/Bathroom.
Breakfast is very cool, there are lot of things to eat.
Staff is very cool !

The only thing is that you are a little far from the city center but the tramway currently under construction will solve this little point.

We stayed for one night in July on our way to south of France. We had a room for our teenage sons and the room next dor for the parents and our dog.
The rooms were small, but clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is outside town in a very quiet area.
No air con and as the rooms were in street level, we didn't want to open the windows because it was very easy just to climb into the rooms. It was a hot night!
