This company takes your credit card, charges your card and then send you an email saying
your apartment is not available (days before you are to arrive and after you are travelling).
They then try to pressure you into accepting a much inferior apartment in an entirely different
area of Paris (that is in no way like the pictures they show you initially). In a panic, as we were in London, we called Expedia who understood our plight and rebooked us into another comparable property in the area that we originally booked (two days before we were to arrive in Paris).
Then Bridgestreet tried to say a day before our paris arrival, oh wait we do have an apartment, not the same, but in the same area. We and Expedia explained to them that they already canceled and we are rebooked someplace else. THEN BRIDGESTREET CHARGED OUR CARD FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT and now we are dealing with a credit card dispute. This company is not to be trusted and we have seen others reporting the same. They are overbooking their properties and scamming the people that they overbook. Protect you vacation and STAY AWAY from anything to do with Bridgestreet as they are fundamentally dishonest. DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD information.More
