Had soup, a ravioli starter, a chicken dish with a fantastic mushroom sauce, a beef dish, and also lasagna that our child loved. Was a great meal and comfortable atmosphere for our last night in Paris. Great service and fair price.

The food here was excellent! I had the smoked herring for a starter and it was absolutely delicious. Duck tartar for dinner with szechuan pepper was very good, but not as good as the starter. Lemon cake with blue pepper for dessert was outstanding. I would go back just for that dessert! The restaurant as noted in other reviews is on a quiet street, but the restaurant is anything but quiet. We arrived to a completely empty restaurant for an 8pm reservation and by 8:45pm the place was packed. Patrons were mostly in their 20s and 30s but we in the 40+ set weren't out of place. Service was helpful and friendly to English monolinguals.

Just across the road from the studio we were staying in, this place does not go to any lengths to advertise itself to passing foot traffic located in a very quiet street in Montmartre. its sign is barely visible from the street. but you can't miss the general hubbub of this lively bistro. The food is quite excellent a mixture of the traditional and a touch of fusion. The menu is the blackboard so you can be reasonably certain that the ingredients are fresh. The waiting staff are young and very helpful in tune with the ambience of the place and the number of languages spoken was breathtaking. However if you are looking for quiet, this place is not for you but somehow its very noisiness ensures a measure of intimacy! Booking at the weekends is essential. I know we'll be back.
