The staff of the hotel was very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, a bit small but ok. The staff at the reception was always very helpful when we asked them for advise. We booked a bus taxi on the way to the airport. I wouldnt suggest that, as the guy had to pick up other people all across Paris and we almost missed our flight because of that. Just get a normal taxi. Breakfast is small but ook if you are not a big eater in the morning. I cant really say something bad about the hotel management or the facility. For our taste, it was just located in a not so nice neighbourhood. Its not a scary neighbourhood, but i wouldnt wanna walk around late at night either. There are better hotels for familiies i think. The nearest Metro station is just around the corner which is good, you can reach every corner of Paris pretty fast. At night you will hear motorcycles passing by, so a bit noisy.

Myself and my friend only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was amazing. Even before we arrived they had emailed me to say that it was no bother to arrive early and we did to find our room ready and free drinks on arrival. All the staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very nice, looked like it had been decorated about 10 minutes before we arrived, the bathroom was enormous and there was a lovely balcony (we felt like Carrie looking out). Only minutes from the nearest metro stop and plenty of restaurants minutes away. We ate in au metro, we didn't expect much but it was lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

we stayed for 2 nights here, because of Tripadvisor reviews. It is a lovely little hotel, good location, surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Especially Bistrotters, which is 2mins away, is a culinary must! All rooms have names. We were on the 3rd floor and we got the Lotus room, which I asked for in advance, and the friendly staff assured us, that we've got what we asked for. It was a lovely room, good size, nice bathroom, modern and very comfy. The bed was perfect, and there is free water in the minibar, as much as you need. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is in a small space at the lobby, choice was ok, breads, wonderful French pastries, and a coffee machine for diy coffee.
We liked the place, good value for money, and very close to the metro as well. can recommend it

Thr staff were brilliant, offering tips as to were to eat and hoe to get to places, all with a smile and good humor. We found the hotel easy to access via the metro and in a quite street and friendly area.

We came to Paris for a short stay on July 29 2014, and chose Le Fabe for the location c.500m from the Metro, (easy access to Tour Eiffel, Musee D'Orsay, River boat), the price and the claims on the web site.

It is modern state of the art, adequate sized bedroom, pleasant well functioning bathroom, very clean, and to top it all, the friendliest service you will find anywhere.

We will definitely return next visit to Paris.

Well done Le Fabe and all who made our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed here for 2 nights in January 2014, was welcomed by Alex (I think) who offered us an upgrade which was behind reception, but we chose the room we booked. Excellent decor and situated in an area which is 2 minutes from the metro.

Great staff who were all very helpful and always smiled. Would stay again

This hotel is not located near anything touristy but in a great neighborhood for restaurants. The metro is only two blocks away so it's easy to get around. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Overall, this is a great place to stay, but what makes this hotel the best is the staff. It is a small hotel with one person working a shift. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful — and this was my first time in Paris and I had plenty of dumb questions.
