The staff of the hotel was very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, a bit small but ok. The staff at the reception was always very helpful when we asked them for advise. We booked a bus taxi on the way to the airport. I wouldnt suggest that, as the guy had to pick up other people all across Paris and we almost missed our flight because of that. Just get a normal taxi. Breakfast is small but ook if you are not a big eater in the morning. I cant really say something bad about the hotel management or the facility. For our taste, it was just located in a not so nice neighbourhood. Its not a scary neighbourhood, but i wouldnt wanna walk around late at night either. There are better hotels for familiies i think. The nearest Metro station is just around the corner which is good, you can reach every corner of Paris pretty fast. At night you will hear motorcycles passing by, so a bit noisy.
