Extremely helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. Within 10 min walk of Montparnasse metro station and Montparnasse tower for excellent panoramic views of Paris. Will be returning to this gem of a hotel!

Room Tip: Cosy room is as advertised...adequate for an short overnight stay for a couple. For a longer stay a...

My fiancee and I stayed at Le Fabe Hotel for one night during a quick stay in Paris. We hated the city of Paris, but loved this hotel! The hotel itself was very well put together and our room was beautiful and sparkling clean. Both gentlemen we encountered at the front desk were very friendly, warm, polite and helpful. One of them even helped me program my GPS for our next destination and printed directions off of the computer, just to be sure.

Upon arrival at the hotel originally, he escorted us up to our room and gave us a little tour. Drinks (water, pop etc.) in the mini fridge were free, which we were very grateful for as we had been travelling for a while and were in need of a drink.

The hotel is located in an interesting area of Paris, where I assume many local people live. We walked about a two minute walk to the next street over to find restaurants, groceries, a patisserie etc. The closest Metro station is also within a 3-5 minute walk.

For the price, this place is a great find and you'll be grateful for a clean and quite place to stay in order to escape the chaos and confusion of the city.

We have just stayed in this bed and breakfast boutique hotel in Paris, situated very near to the Metro which links the whole of Paris. The rooms and en suites are modern and comfortable with all amenities, Wi Fi is available, and the entire hotel is pristine. The breakfast room is very tastefully decorated and the breakfasts are very good, help yourself to as much as you want. The owners speak perfect English should you need it and are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

The staff of the hotel was very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, a bit small but ok. The staff at the reception was always very helpful when we asked them for advise. We booked a bus taxi on the way to the airport. I wouldnt suggest that, as the guy had to pick up other people all across Paris and we almost missed our flight because of that. Just get a normal taxi. Breakfast is small but ook if you are not a big eater in the morning. I cant really say something bad about the hotel management or the facility. For our taste, it was just located in a not so nice neighbourhood. Its not a scary neighbourhood, but i wouldnt wanna walk around late at night either. There are better hotels for familiies i think. The nearest Metro station is just around the corner which is good, you can reach every corner of Paris pretty fast. At night you will hear motorcycles passing by, so a bit noisy.

Myself and my friend only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was amazing. Even before we arrived they had emailed me to say that it was no bother to arrive early and we did to find our room ready and free drinks on arrival. All the staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very nice, looked like it had been decorated about 10 minutes before we arrived, the bathroom was enormous and there was a lovely balcony (we felt like Carrie looking out). Only minutes from the nearest metro stop and plenty of restaurants minutes away. We ate in au metro, we didn't expect much but it was lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

we stayed for 2 nights here, because of Tripadvisor reviews. It is a lovely little hotel, good location, surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Especially Bistrotters, which is 2mins away, is a culinary must! All rooms have names. We were on the 3rd floor and we got the Lotus room, which I asked for in advance, and the friendly staff assured us, that we've got what we asked for. It was a lovely room, good size, nice bathroom, modern and very comfy. The bed was perfect, and there is free water in the minibar, as much as you need. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is in a small space at the lobby, choice was ok, breads, wonderful French pastries, and a coffee machine for diy coffee.
We liked the place, good value for money, and very close to the metro as well. can recommend it
