Anyone renting this apartment to sleep 3 needs to be aware of its size. The main living area is about 13 sq m, and the second sleeping area is a platform (above the double bed) onto which you roll rather than crawl. The entrance, toilet, shower compartment and wash basin fit in a narrow corridor. Situated beside the shower compartment, the space for the wash basin is so small that you cannot get your head and shoulders in to wash your face: Didier recommended shaving at the kitchen sink.
That said, the place was clean and equipped as advertised, and Didier was pleasant, attentive, readily available by phone and a fund of knowledge about the area and Paris generally. Public transport is close, and everyday shopping good (fresh oysters at the fishmonger, and the kitchen has an oyster knife). As a sole traveller, I spent a pleasant 9 days in modest comfort, but two would have been a crowd, and it's hard to imagine how 3 adults would manage.
AFFORDABLE PRICE AND GREAT LOCATION very close to Eiffil tower.
I wish to be there again and again. Thank you for good services.
Didier was waiting to meet us at the apartment. He is very knowledgeable about public transportation, and was most helpful.
This tiny apartment was wonderfully situated, and had just enough room for two.
It was just down the street from a grocery store, and we arrived early enough to buy essentials. The bed was comfortable.
On the other hand, the cooking area is tiny, there are few dishes (no wine glasses), the bathroom is extremely tiny, and supplies were minimal (shampoo, toilet tissue, hand soap).
Didier is a real old school gentleman.i would not have managed without his advice. The studio is small but comfortable with everything you will need. I rate it 10 out of 10.
