Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small but very clean and cozy. Liked the decor. The location is good as well. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service. Will definitely stay here again.

The Triumph Arc is within walking distance from this small hotel as well as from buses from Beauvais airport, very handy if you go by Ryanair. The hotel has a unique combination of central and quiet location. The room was small, but situated at the top floor, we saw the Eiffel Tower. The staff was service minded, and the breakfast tasted well even though served in the basement. Two negative elements; the rent for the first night and unstable wifi in the room.We went by bus to Montmantre and Montparnasse. In addition the metro is near, next to the congress centre. This was my first visit to Paris and if ever going there again, I will clearly book room at hotel l'adresse again!

Room Tip: Room 62 is very small, but with a view to the Eiffel Tower.

Felt like we were staying at a well kept secret boutique hotel. Great location and easy access to everything in Paris. Manager/Concierge was delightful, very helpful and willing to converse in English. It was my first time to Paris, so was surprised by tiny rooms and amazed at good use of space. Decor modern and walls decorated but all very dark. It was expensive, but quirky in a good way. We stayed a week. Great products in bathroom.

Rooms are small but good enough with all the amenities. Frankly the service is so great that it makes up for anything missing which is not not much. The price is right and compare to Park Lane, it is a world apart and it is not the location. In the heart of the 17th arrondissement. It's 5 minutes by taxi to the "Etoile" "Arc the Triomphe".
There are great restaurants around with great foods. The TV has CNN and CNBC, it means something when you are one month out of the US.
Again the director is great and his staff as well.

Room Tip: No real restaurant in the hotel but across the street there are at least 4.

The comments by other writers that the elevator is tiny, breakfast is minimal, and that the rooms are small are all correct. However, the rainshower was nice, bed was very comfortable, and bathrobes and slippers were a welcome addition. The design of the hotel is very nice and the staff were always very pleasant. It isn't worth the rack rate, which is outrageous as a few hundred Euro per night, but if you can find a deal online and need to be in the area or on Metro Line 1, then it's a good deal.

The main good thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise the rooms have a great style and nicely minimalistic style furnished but are fairly small and claustrophobic.
However the balance price\quality is fair and for a city trip i woulc choose it anytime but not longer.

The hotel is very small but the location is amazing! The metro is a 1 minute walk away and you are next to the
Champs-Elysees! The location is beautiful with lovely cafes and shops. The rooms are small as well but are decorated nicely and have a television and espresso machine ect. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and the staff were nice too. I recommend finding a deal for around 100 gbp, the price in Paris was 399 euros which I would not pay but if bought through an online deal then it is defiantly worth it! I would recommend it highly.
