Intercontinental has a real gem here. The staff is attentive and professional. It is in a prime location and getting around is easy. I expected small rooms based on the reviews, but ours was quite comfortable and well lit. The big secret here is that with IHG Priority Club you can use points, making it a reasonable alternative to the expense of Parisian hotels. Try it.

The hotel location, near the Arc de Triomphe, is just the right size for most travelers: Not too huge, not too tiny. It is large enough to offer most services, located near many attractions and (very importantly) near Metro stops. Better yet, it's in Paris! The best we can say about it that we would stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights at the InterContinental Paris-Avenue Marceau - and had a sensational time. So very close to the Champs Elysees and shopping, but tucked discreetly away in a more residential street, making one feel much like a local living in a city apartment. The arrival was warm and welcoming, the rooms elegantly appointed, and amenities superb. Breakfast experience was wonderful, sipping espresso looking onto the hotel's courtyard, whilst the sun shone! A very boutique style InterContinental hotels, with just 55 rooms, so if you prefer exclusive rather than large, intimate rather than grand, this is the hotel for you. We would definitely return. Thank you InterContinental Team for a very memorable stay!

Room Tip: Given the small number of rooms, I'd recommend booking in advance to take advantage of lower rates and also request a room overlooking Avenue Marceau

This hotel is everything you would expect of an intercontinental property.

Staff is helpful. Hotel is fashionable. Location is excellent. Food is exceptional.

The down side is my room was slightly wider than a hallway. It was bearable because of the high ceiling (space feels big) but the room was very small. I spoke to the front desk and they showed me an even smaller room.

We had a business meeting in the restaurant and It went well. It's pretty quiet and there is a good selection of food.

It's enjoyable to have a glass of wine in the courtyard after a day in the city.

Staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful - hotel is not luxurious but neat and clean. A good location to subway (6 min walk?) and Arch de Triumph. Breakfast was over priced (30 euros) but most things in Paris are as well. Ask the staff for recommendations - they really are quite helpful.
