Location good, but on our last day we organised a late check out, only to be told at 10am, we had to be out by 12 noon, when we had organised 3pm, due to illness. There was no help given, the manageress suddenly stopped understanding English, and we were yelled at! Would not recommend to anyone! One person had to pack 4 people's luggage, and although we were offered assistance with luggage on arrival we were told no luggage help was provided as this was not a hotel, it was an apart hotel!!! Will be telling my workplace to avoid this one. The room, although well equipped was too small for 4 people. Breakfast - we were left to ourselves, no one there to speak to, or to assist. At 11am we were told only one person was on duty in the whole place. Unpleasant and rude when they had an unexpected booking after us.... Manageress blamed her staff and spoke very rudely. Ruined our visit to Paris! Although, the one of us left, got out in time, when we'd left for the EuroStar train at 4pm, no-one had entered... Lying and dishonesty. One family member was made to drag all luggage into bag room alone, even though very I'll.

Room Tip: Go to another hotel!

We were advised upon arrival that our family room had been double booked. After 30 hours of travel my heart stopped for a second, but instead they gave us 2 x double bed apartments. The kids loved having their own room and it was a bonus to have two bathrooms. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and modern bathrooms. Very basic kitchenette which we didn't use (why would you in Paris?). Great location just 10 minutes walk to place de la Concorde / obelisk which we used as our main landmark. Also handily located 1 minute from the Opera stop on l'open tour hop-on-hop-off bus tour. A few other posts mentioned they had valuables stolen but we never had any sense of this and simply used the safe in our room to store anything valuable. Overall I'd definitely recommend this as a god place to stay in Paris.

Awesome location, good kitchen, good for families with small kids.
Laughable internet speed. I've booked through Accor Hotels customer service, and I was not advised the cleaning services were not included. When I go on vacation with my family and stay in a hotel the minimum I expect is the bedroom to be cleaned up.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments.
I’m sorry to hear that our housekeeping service did not meet your expectations.
If you stay at our aparthotel for more than 3 nights, housekeeping duties are carried out once a week. This arrangement enables us to offer more competitive prices.
A chargeable à la carte housekeeping service is available, and reception is at your disposal to arrange this.

We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon at one of our Adagio aparthotels in Europe.

Kind regards,

Reception very helpful. Value for money light breakfast cheap in Paris rates!! Very close to metro, within walking distance to a lot of sights. Room warm and clean only down fall is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Don't expect your room to be serviced. We were advised of this and happy about that.

The hotel was really good, we stayed at the 520, it was a pretty big room with kitchen. The staff was lovely. The location is amazing, 5 min walking from ópera and 1 min from the metro station. You can feel like home.
