I was on a business trip, killing time and hanging out at Sacre Coer. Stumbled across Le Progres and had a great lunch. Service was good and they try to help you with their pidgen english and my pidgen Francais. Very hearty food and meat dishes with nice size servings. Very provicial, traditional interior. Menu on the chalk board. Came back a month later and it was still excellent. Prices are fair and you feel good about what you get for waht you pay for. Lots of people watching from outside as well.
