My husband and I stayed here for two nights per the recommendations of a few sites claiming Le Petit Belloy to be a fantastically refurbished boutique hotel. Although the room was quite nice (very small), there was no lobby and a very narrow staircase to the room. My husband found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. Additionally, the remodeled bathroom was quite small with a shower that would flood into the bathroom with each use. There were no toiletries (shampoo/conditioner), rather a small pump dispenser which I don't appreciate; I ended up purchasing the aforementioned products at Sephora a few blocks away.
The second night the maid neglected to give us towels and since we had to use the prior set to mop up the runoff of the shower, my husband inquired with the day manager. He recounted that the individual he spoke with as being rude and I can confirm as I had previously inquired about a running route from the hotel and was not given (nor attempted to give) directions.
Further, I noted that the difference of rate between the Petit hotel versus the sibling hotel was comparable therefore I would encourage individuals to stay at the Bellroy.
The best feature of the hotel was the location(I was able to run to the Eiffel and Champs Elysses easily), as there were no amenities or pleasantries available at the hotel.More
