We just concluded a nine day stay at this pleasant hotel that is a short walk to the Metro at Etoille Charles de Gaulle. The doormen and the bell staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived .. We enjoyed an excellent, pleasant and reliable concierge function. Chloe in particular helped us to make arrangements for dinners and tours even prior to our arrival in France, but also on site. No question was too small or too unusal for this great staff. .
Our rate also included breakfast each morning. This hotel is not inexpensive but Marriott points and status helped us a lot. The buffet was sumptuous and broad. The staff were pleasant and the hostess Bibi made everyone feel at home. I enjoyed her warm welcome each moring. How she managed to remember so many people's names astounds me.
The hotel is either new or newly remodeled. Everything was functional and clean, including the airconditioning. If I had one fault to find is was about the high walls of the bathtub which can make access a little tricky for those with even slight musculoskeletal impairment. I look for walk in showers in modern hotels.
Our appreciation for this fine place was enhanced when we moved to the Hyatt Regency Etoille for five days for a conference. It was none of things that the Renaissance was.More
