“Modern, great service and clean.”

Very nice euro design hotel! Super service and very clean. Rooms are small but very nicely planned with modern euro design. We stayed 3 in one room and it was OK. We would stay here again. Did not try their breakfast. Great location.

Every time we go to Paris, we are always dissapointed in the hotels, but not this time...
The hotel is small (Le petit), but in such good location, most attractions are within an easy walk, including the train to CDG.

For Paris standart the rooms are well planned and don't feel as cramped as some others, the "stars" in the bathrooms are a nice touch...

This is a boutique hotel, which means that it is modern and does not have a "parisian" feel, but with Paris at it's door steps who needs it...

One more bonus, there is a laundry next door to it, that opens from early morning to late evening..

Okay, well some practical things. If you are coming from CDG airport, this is very close to the RER B station of Luxembourg. When you exit make sure you on the opposite side from the gardens, take a right hand turn and keep walking straight until you intersect with rue st jacques and when you do, take a left (watch the numbers in class you exited further down). The lobby of the hotel is modern; its small but comfortable. there is a laptop set up in the foyer for your use and there is an afternoon complementary tea/coffee and cake set up that is free. There is an honor bar later in the evening which means they set up a small mini bar and you write down what you drink. there is a small outdoor courtyard and some tables just off the sitting area. In the morning, this becomes the breakfast room. Breakfast is a typical petit dejeuner in france which is mainly croissant and breads, toast, coffee, juice, yoghurt, fruit and if you want for a additional charge, they will do an omelette. As for the rooms. You will read many reviews confirming how small hotel rooms are in Paris. they are not wrong. All the rooms I have stayed in Paris are small. These are not an exception. They too are on the smaller side but perfectly functional. If you get the standard room (e.g. the less expensive), i suspect it will be very small. I took the one step up, it was a twin room and was quite nice. Not massive amounts of walking around space but enough. A small couch and chair a table, a separate shower from bathroom, and then decent closet space with a safe and a small mini bar. There was a waterfall shower which was great. L'Occitane toiletries which were a nice touch. My brother had the suite. Now again, think suite Paris terms, There were two beds which faced each other and a small upstairs which really did not serve great purpose except another floor with a small landing and a closet. So slightly more room but not huge. But still very nice. The location is great. But the very best part of the hotel is the staff. Just fabulous---all of them. Will definitely be back. Go!

Room Tip: just about any room will be good....but my recommendation is, for a bit more space, opt for the slig...

Me and my partner have just returned from a weekend staying here, and it was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better location- 10 mins from Notre Dame Cathedral, surrounded by patisseries, restaurants etc, and we were able to walk to and around the majority of the centre of Paris- Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Marais, Isle St Louis etc. Only Monmarte was a bit further away- 50 minute walk or so, but the bus was very easy. In my opinion, the Latin Quarter/St Germain was actually my favourite part of Paris! Our Superior room was very comfortable and not too small, compared to the usual size of Paris Hotels, and we were lucky to have an amazing rainfall shower with lights!! It was very different to other hotels that we have stayed at, but it was lovely to have the more quirky personal touches, as opposed to normal boring rooms! The tea and coffee was very nice with lots of varieties, in the lounge, with an honesty bar. We didn't try the breakfast- purely because there were so many places to explore- but we did see it in one of the mornings and it looked very nice. If I came to Paris again, I would definately return to this hotel, and would highly recommend. The only slight negative, was that the toilet was separate to the shower/sink and was very tiny- a bit too claustrophobic to close the door! But other than that, the room was absolutely perfect, and the staff couldn't do more to make us feel welcome and at home. We didn't want to leave!

Spent 4 nights at this hotel during our first visit to Paris. We selected the hotel based on Tripadvisor and could not have made a better choice. It was in a great location, we walked to many sights and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Blvd St. Michel and St. Germain are so close. The hotel is small but its what makes it feel like home. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff is amazing at helping you with anything. If your going to Paris .... stay here.

Recently renovated and well-run with tiny but well-styled, comfy and clean rooms. And a great shower. Nice location, especially to ride Velo bikes down to Seine attractions and back. Staff were helpful and gave us a bit of a price break when we booked last minute, although was still pretty pricey and breakfast was not complementary—as may be normal for Paris. Our room was on the street side, but with A/C on there were no noise issues.

Stayed here for 2 days en route to airport. Was exactly what we needed - clean, great location, stylish and a good price (with GREAT shower). Rooms are very tight for 2 people though (at this price what one expects in Paris), so not necessarily the best place for a longer stay.
