We stayed here for four days in a two bedroom apartment. Everything in the apartment was as described if not better, clean , tidy , great location . Easy check in and check out, Daniel was very helpful and easy to deal with. Right in the centre of the shopping district and restaurants all round. Had coolind facilities and washing maching ... great bonus ..... Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

I chose an apartment rather than a hotel as a treat for valentines day weekend with my girlfriend. I had good communication with the owner before getting there, and was very pleased with the apartment.
It was in a great location, close to the subway and just what was needed. The rooms were spotless and fully equipped with tv,wifi, dishwasher etc. It was perfect to relax here after a hard day walking around Paris, and the fact there was a supermarket 2 mins away made everything so much easier. Can fully recommend this option to anyone, and have done to family and friends.

We chose this apartment rather than a hotel and were really pleased we did. This was a real home from home and makes you feel like you are living in Paris. It feels slightly odd when you arrive as there is no reception and from the ground floor you are not sure what you are arriving at as the road outside is a little scruffy but the apartment is a real gem. Well located and nicely furnished. The quietest city centre place I have stayed at but then you step straight out ino the hustle and bustle of rue de caumartin. A great supermarket is very close too. It was a good alternative to a hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

This is our first booking of apartment rental. The place is great. Close to Gallery Lafayette, Printemps, and opera. It is newly refurbished, clean and comfortable also surprisingly quite at night. Since this is an apartment rental, there is no daily cleaning and you are on your own type. Wifi was intermittenly turn off during our stay. Do I go back in the future? Absolutely.

This place offers a spacious two bedroom apartment in a popular location in Paris. We did feel like a Parisian when walked out the front door. There's a fully equipped (no paper towels though) kitchnette, iron/iron board, and towels (yes, even face towels). It beautifully decorated with things that make you feel at home like like a throw and decorative pillows that are also quite comfortable. It was clean and my youngest daughter who is still crawling loved the wooden floors. Overall I LOVED this place and wish I would have found it a lot sooner.

There are things that I didn't like which is that it is a bit difficult to find. We walked the opposite way and stood in front of where I thought it should be before we found that it was a bit further of a walk. I didn't like that I had to call the owner to let us and before leaving for our luggage, which leads to me to the last thing I didn't like...no front desk. I like a 24 hour service desk, but this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

I didn't see them initially but this hotel even has all of the tourist maps and a few books on Paris to read as you lay on the comfortable book and look out the window.

If you're looking for a centrally located apartment in Paris that acts as a home away from home, this is for you! Don't be fooled by the building's somewhat dull facade and unwelcoming entrance...or the tiny elevator... the apartment is a hidden gem (literally, even the locals in the building don't know about it!). Inside, the apartment is really nice: modern, spacious and clean! There are also little touches throughout to make you feel at home - as we went in December, there were Christmas decorations and even a Christmas card. There is free wireless Internet and English channels on the TV such as CNN and BBC. The best part of the apartment, however, is the perfect location! You feel like a true Parisian, hopping out of the building into the hustle and bustle of a Paris street - lined with cafes, clothing stores and a very handy supermarket (Monoprix). Just around the corner is the famous shopping street, Boulevard Haussmann, with stores such as Galeries Lafayette, Le Printemps, Zara and H&M. It's also walking distance to the metro and the 'Opera' station of the city's hop-on hop-off bus. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here (Family of 4 adults) during November 2012. The location of this apartment was amazing, you step outside into a busy, but not overcrowded, Paris street with shopping and places to eat all around you! The apartment is a 5 min walk to a major train station which will take you just about anywhere in Paris.
The apartment owner was more than helpful also.
The apartment itself is very clean and had a huge bathroom and amazing shower. It had all cooking amenities and was spacious enough for 4 adults. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had a couch that folds out into a second bed. The bedroom was large and the couch also large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.
Would definitely stay here again!
