We found ourselves in this cafe due to a bout of bad weather when visiting the Louvre. The cafe was nice, the food was ok, but the service was interesting. We watched a number of Tourists be seated in the colder, weather exposed parts of the cafe, including ourselves. We noticed all decided to leave due to the cold and the fact that they were paid little attention. We decided to stay as we were quite hungry. The food came and it was ok. The funniest part occurred when we went up to pay and the waiter decided to help himself to a tip, and a reasonable one at that. We decided not to argue the point, but wanted to leave a note for future clients. Check your bill, and if you receive poor service, move on. There are plenty of other lovely restaurants and cafes in Paris.
