“Good value for money”

No frills, but just a really comfortable room off the Rue des Abbesses. One of the best value hotels I've been to in Paris. Well located in Montmartre, close to three metro stations and some good bars and restaurants.

Stayed for a birthday trip to Paris. Staff were helpful. On our last day in Paris we did not have to catch the Eurostar until 5:30, the staff looked after our bags so we could go out and enjoy our last day. The rooms were clean with plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. The location is fantastic, just off the bustling Rue de Abbesses that has lots of bars and cafes. Perfectly located to explore the beauty of Monmartre. At least 3 metro stations within a few minutes walking distance. Would definitely use this hotel again!

Our first ever trip to Paris was a short 2 day stay for Valentines, with all the warnings from many a review read we were fairly dubious about the location, the Metro, the pickpockets and the price.
This nervousness disappeared within two minutes of arriving and proved to be yet again pretty unfounded (thanks panic merchants!).
We arrived at Gard de Nord station and took the Metro line 4 to Marcadet Poissionniers then changed to line 12, after 20 minutes we were at our destination.
The location of the hotel is a short walk from Abbesses Metro (115 steps up eek! didn't find lift till next day).
We walked past wonderful Cafe's, in the Montmartre area, very close to the beautiful Sacre Coeur, with stunning views from up high of Paris, and also just 5 mins away from the famous bohemian Moulin Rouge.
The hotel itself is pretty basic, with small rooms, however it is clean and the staff friendly, which is always a bonus in France :)
There is a free safe in the room, a decent bathroom and an option for continental breakfast.
We crammed in all we could in our two night stay including their version of the London eye :), the Louvre, Musee d' Orsay, Moulin Rouge, Sacre Couer, Eiffle Tower, Trocedero, Champs Élysées and did this very easily using the Metro from Abbesses down to Concorde station.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Paris and especially the location.

My tips: use the Metro, if you have done it in London you can do it here, just plan your journey

Enjoy the Cafe's and drink the wine ( a pint of beer here is an absolute rip off between 8-15 euros!!!!

Be sensible, your in a major City, there will be potential for pickpockets, and the occasional scam artist (outside the Louvre a young woman will drop a gold/tin ring near you, and as you notice strike up a conversation which always leads to you buying it off her, or not if you just ignore lol).

Enjoy the great food, because truly it is great, I spent ages just staring at the many cakes in shop windows, but then again I am a little greedy guts.

We stayed in Hotel Audran for 3 nights in January 2013 and we couldn't have asked for anything more! The location is perfect if Montmatre is where you want to be based, literally 1-2 minutes from Abbesses Metro station and Rue Abbesses is a lively and exciting place to stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay! Price is excellent for such an amazing location and the standard of the room is one of the better that I have stayed in France. The room has plenty of room for two with lots of storage space, the bed is comfy, the room was warm and clean and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Also there is a safe in the room for storing all those important travel bits and pieces.

The only minor downside to our room was the is was directly above a bistro and we were woken a couple of times by the hustle and bustle of readying a bistro for the days activities. However, it certainly isn't the noisiest place I've ever stayed and it didn't impact on our stay.

We had breakfast on the first morning of our stay and it was fairly basic, croissant, bread roll, jam, cheese and coffee. Basic but did the trick! We chose for the remaining days however to sample the local bakeries - we were not disappointed!

I would definitely recommend Hotel Audran and the next time I'm in Paris I will be back just perhaps a second floor room!

Room Tip: A room on the second floor or above may be a bit quieter!

We stayed here for 5 nights in early December 2012. The hotel is great! In a perfect location in Montmarte and within a couple minutes walk from the Abbesses Metro station. Paris, by comparison is not a cheap city to stay but this hotel was still very reasonably priced for the location and the hotel itself! The staff were very nice and welcoming and kindly suffered through my shockingly bad attempts at French. We stayed in a double room on the 5th floor, and while the rooms are on the smaller side, they had all that we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy. Wi-fi access in rooms was convenient too. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, however there are some great boulangeries and cafes nearby.

Would definitely stay here again!

My stay couldn't have been better! The staff was super friendly, I had problems with my luggage at the airport and they helped me out with phone calls and so on. Service always with a smile. My room had a view to Rue des Abbesses, so I could wake up and admire the typical Montmartre lifestyle. Cozy room with pretty decent wifi connection to keep friends and relatives updated. I'l definitely go back.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with a view to Rue des Abbesses.
