There are many apartments to choose from in Paris but if you want a cosy and clean studio on an atmospheric street in the Latin Quarter, at a budget rate, then this one can't be beat. Rue Mouffetard is full of food and wine shops, restaurants and boutiques. Having a kitchenette made my visit much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Even if you don't want to cook you will enjoy the variety of take-away food shops just downstairs. The two large windows keep the apartment sunny but not hot. Excellent wifi connection included. There is no elevator (third floor) but the stairs were no problem for me and I am 62. This may account for the low price in such an excellent location. The metro station is handy but you can easily walk to all of the tourist sites as well. My daughter visited for a week so I know two people can be comfortable but I'm not sure if there is enough floor space for the folded mattress if there is a third person. The agency is very professional and provided excellent service. There is a fee but by using this agency you are protected from Internet fraud (finding yourself with nowhere to stay after paying the rent. I have stayed in a variety of accommodation in Europe and this apartment is a favourite.
