Yes it is a budget hotel but this is not a reason to be so bad.
3 people waiting for checkin and 2 receptionists ... 40 mns to get the key of the room.
The room is just hugly.... the service bad no phone in the room and extremly noisy !!!
At 2:30 am a bid and scarry fight started in my floor between l don't know who ... but so violent.
They stopped at 3:00 am.... just amazing

Never again ... this hotel should be 29 euros per night maximum even in Paris .. or to be closed will be better.

Room Tip: Choose an other hotel.

If you have any doubt about your booking, it is absolutely hard to contact the administration. The staff took my personal (I hope it was by mistake) towel along with the hotel's ones. The staff is not really friendly, and they don't speak a very good English, which make it hard to argue with them if you need something.
However, the hotel provides a good internet connection. The room is very clean and comfortable and it has the stuff you need.

I stayed here with my wife in Mid May 2014 for three days.. Booked the hotel 45 days before so got a cheap deal.. It was 73 euros for two nights for a triple bed room. One double bed and a bunk bed overhead.. The room was really small.. Although had an attahced toilet and shower but trust me it was small.. No wardrobes/racks/almirah to put your stuff.. we had to dump our stuff on the bunk bed.. Although the room was clean but space was only a concern ..

The area where this hotel is located is in north-west of paris and comes in Zone-1. Two near metro stations. One side it was porte de saint ouen and on the opposite side it was garibaldi. Indian restaurent near by at a distance of 700 meters. McDonalds right at garibaldi metro station.. The location is nicely connected with metro stations.. If you are a traveling buff as I am who just enter the room fr dumping the stuff,, recharging the phone and Camera batteries or a sleep over.. The place is for you..but if you want to chill and enjoy the hotel or something then its not recommended.. Overall this hotel is only a a value for money if you get the rooms for not more than 40 euros..

P.S. - my check in was at 12:00 noon but i reached in the morning at 6 am.. so for early check in they charged 10 euros extra.. Breakfast was not included.. 6.50 each person extra..
For any kind of queris about paris.. Please send me a message.. I will be happy to answer..

If you are looking to stay here and speak English I would highly recommend you DO NOT DO IT!! The area is less than desirable and is very dirty/dodgey! The staff here are incredibly rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever - if you are going to need to ask questions, don't bother! Need help with directions, no chance! Want to purchase a breakfast ticket 10 minutes before breakfast finishes... They won't let you! If you want to be spoken to rudely, laughed at or stared at impolitely then this is the hotel for you! We stayed here a total of 5 days and everyday without fail were infuriated by the staff! DO NOT DO IT! If you do... You've been warned!

Travelled before the time stated but they deleted my previous review despite it being factual.

The rudest staff I've ever encountered. We were a large group and on arrival they shouted at us for struggling to open the automatic door. Little did we know that the door only opens from the inside as it is such a dangerous neighbourhood. We were then left waiting for half an hour in reception despite there being few other guests and plenty of staff. Staff very short-tempered, angry and couldn't-care-less attitude. The lift can only be operated in the presence of a security guard.

It's NOT in Montmartre and it's a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station through streets with drug dealers and aggressive beggars.

Shower door is transparent - you can see everything. Even in twin rooms! The point of a TWIN (not double) room is that the two occupants are not on the kind of familiar terms where you can have a shower in full view of the other occupant!

Breakfast extremely basic; mass-ordered pre-frozen bread rolls and polystyrene cups.

Our group leader had paid a good-behaviour/damage deposit (fair enough). Upon checking out, the hotel refused to provide confirmation that deposit had been returned/not taken off the card (they just insisted that everything was OK but refused to provide proof).

Hotel basic but clean, spacious room and good powerful, full sized shower. The breakfast was very basic but the Wifi was excellent.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the metro so not ideal if you have lots of luggage. The neighbourhood has plenty of shops, restaurants and convenience stores so overall not a bad location.
