We as a couple stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on 14th and 15th aug and I paid at the property while checkout and again I was charged twice the same amount from my credit card now when I am calling them for refund somebody received the call I was told to wait for 15 minutes on the international call and at last again someone pick up the call and just said hello hello hello and speaking in french and disconnect the call.again I tried to call someone received the call and told me the same or another option to call after 2 days . while I have dialed option 2 for english .please retund my amount as soon possible.

I must rate our stay in hotel as very good because ratio between quality and price was reasonable. I was bit afraid by other reviews but they dont respond to this hotel for me. It was very pleasant to stay here for week because we had cleaned room and new towels everyday. The staff was also kind and breakfast was regular like in each ibis budget hotel. The advantage was that the opening of canteen was from 5.00 to 10.00.

Nothing special about the place, it was a decent stay with basic facilities for the budget.
The location is not very convenient if travelling by public transport. There is a supermarket within walking distance which was a good thing.
The bathroom has some strange smell.
