I took a cooking class at La Cuisine Paris called "chocolate and caramel". I decided last minute to take the class and went to the school to see if they could accommodate me.
The staff are welcoming and Frances(my chef instructor) was excellent. All cooking is hands-on and the recipes are given to take with you. We ate the fondant cakes and puff pastries and all left with boxes full of our baking.
I've taken other classes at La Cuisine and highly recommend them!
