Very small hotel. Very helpful staff. No restaurant. Neighbourhood is ok.closer to metro. Breakfast was not ideal since you don't have a place to eat. Very clean and they clean your room everyday.Ideal if your looking for a budget stay.

Stayed: June 2014, travelled with friends

Stayed 4 nights No iron available Dirty linen - got an eye infection on the first night, Noisy squeaky corridors - dangerous stairs - very slow lift. Drunks sleeping in the street and urinating everywhere.

Room Tip: Higher floor - less noise

The most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived and checked in to the room only to find out that the hotel's Air conditioning does not work, so we called the receptionist and she told us that it would be fixed within the next few days. We asked for the manager and they told us that she would be at the hotel in the morning, it turns out it was a lie the hotel has no manager, only a owner, and as she new that she was scamming the clients, during our five day stay she never showed up. Later we heard from another receptionist that the AC will not be fixed because the neighbors, had complained about the noise. The first receptionist lied to us when she said that it would be fixed, we had to sleep with the window open, there was people fighting, screaming, and urinating in the street every night. On top of all of that the hotel has no hot water to shower with!!!!!!

Event if all is not perfect (dont look at the details), the rooms are classy, suites got an in-room velvet covered bath, the wifi is good, the people are nice so does the prices.

I have tested suites and single rooms, both are good, and mattress are really comfortable and really quiet.

Room Tip: only suites got bath, others has showers, there is no drink of food vending machines nor minibar, fu...

Small and nice hotel that is located far away from the Eifel Tower! Friendly staff and area! The toilets are among the smallest I have ever experienced and you have to go to the bathroom with the door open if you are not a dwarf.

Small three-star hotel (you have to remember that it is a three-star ) in an interesting area of Paris, not dangerous, a little ethnic. Easily accessible and very clean. Very very clean. The hotel with a structure of a building and a beautiful wooden staircase has original exterior windows overlooking the snall Rue d' Aix, quiet one-way and little traffic and internal windows into a small patio on which they also give the home of the residents of the buildings that greet with cute smiles. The hotel has its own style pseudo modern yet pleasant. In the room there is also a small heater in case it were cold. Some of the difficult things to understand are: the voltage of the rooms ( to recharge a standard mobile phone it took me 5 hours) and the elevator with the syndrome of the snail ... painfully slow. Almost atmosphere of a family-run hotel with one of the night porter ringed very rough and dark!
The hotel is convenient during the week when pricing policies also come down to around 50 Euros per night (in May 2014), due to the price of the same policies over the weekend rises above 100 EUR and in fact it is not competitive with other hotels. But Paris is the most visited city in the world. Advice to those looking for a clean , comfortable, interesting and simple .
