My spouse had the paella mixte. True to flavors of Barcelona/Valencia, although served in a paella pan, it was cooked in another large pan then served in the small pan. It also did not have any chorizo although it did have chicken, mussels, and shrimp with nice saffron rice. My dish was pork ribs with great smoked paprika glaze sauce. We arrived just after the lunch hour rush, so server was struggling to clean tables and serve us but he was always friendly and patient with our broken French/Enlish. Prices were very reason able and food had authentique Spanish flavor. We'd go back.
