We went here on spec after a friend told us that he had been the night before. We took the Metro to St George and walked 30m up the hill towards the direction of Monmartre and then took the second road on the right - Viola! We were there. We had not booked and the waiter showed us into the downstairs dining area. Well what a surprise. We were in a cellar that had been transformed into a great dining area.
The menu had an A La Carte option, Table D'Hote option, a Prestige menu. We settled on the Prestige Option (42€ for three courses) and a bottle of wine.
The food was presented in an exciting and tempting style and it tasted fantastic. The combination of flavours were mouth-wateringly good.
The waiter, Karim, was brilliant. He was so attentive and his advice was spot on! Thanks Karim, you made a fantastic evening even better than we could have expected.
We love this place and it is certainly one of the best meals we have ever had, and we have eaten in some really fine dining locations around the world.
