“Only if you are passing by”
Reviewed 3 October 2013 via mobile

The house does have a nice facade, but it's hard to recommend going out of your way to visit it. Perhaps if you're staying in the area of passing through to the Eiffel Tower by foot or bicycle.

“Worth a second look”
Reviewed 14 August 2013

This wonderful building encompasses all the beauty of art nouveau -- but don't think a 5 minute look is sufficient. The longer you look, the more nuances you discover. And as an added bonus, about a block up the Avenue (go to your right as you face #29), you'll find a fabulous example of trompe l'oeil art on a painted wall that appears to be a garden trellis. Next door to the Societe Theosophique de France.

“Outstanding Art Nouveau”
Reviewed 29 June 2013

This site is a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and well worth the visit. We were in Paris for 5 weeks and I saw no other Art Nouveau example that rivaled this. It is just a door - not a museum so it doesn't take long to visit. It is a quick walk to the Pont d Alma RER and metro.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed 9 June 2013

It is just a door near the Eiffel but it is really beautiful. So, if you come to see the tower, stroll over and look at this!

“Worth a trip to see this example of early 20th Century Architecture.”
Reviewed 29 April 2013

We were having a coffee in the market Rue Cler when we saw this as an attraction of the map - it was about 10 mins walk but well worth it - it is also close to the Effiel Tower. The building is a great example of Art Nouveau, with the architect winning a prize for it in the 1900's
